Makes 6

100g (4oz) choux pastry.

Devide pastry into six. Bake for 35 minutes. Stir 225g (8oz) fresh summer fruits into 150 ml (1/4 pint) whipped cream and sweeten with icing sugar. Fill choux buns and dust with icing sugar.
