The Cruise Captain Jerry Dennis will be happy to answer any queries, just ask.
Important Because other clubs have pre-booked before us the harbour master can not fully guarantee we will all get berths alongside the pontoons. Availability is subject to residents' berths being vacant which won't be certain until the day.
The harbour master has promised to do his best and hasn't had to turn any boats away so far this year.
He says that if necessary and if ship movements permit, some may be able to anchor in the harbour. He will confirm if this is possible nearer the time. In calm weather it's viable to anchor in the Colne and he will arrange for transportation to and from pontoon/yacht club.
As ever, but more crucially this time, please let me know if you are planning to go on this cruise.
Jerry Dennis
