House Committee
Shall consist of the Vice Commodore as Chairman, Hon. Treasurer and the Social Secretary. The Vice Commodore shall inform the General Committee of all decisions made and obtain their approval if required. Minutes of all meetings shall be kept. They shall have the power to co-opt not more than three other members. They shall regulate the tariff of charges and generally manage the internal arrangements of the house, premises and property of the Club. They shall be responsible for informing the General Committee of any necessary repairs to keep the property in good structural condition.

Sailing Committee
Shall consist of the Rear Commodore as Chairman, Race Captain and Cruise Captain and they shall have the power to co-opt not more than three other members. They shall be responsible to the General Committee for organising racing and cruising programmes for each year, a report being given to the General Committee by the Rear Commodore of such draft programmes by the 1st January of each year so that the finalised programmes may be circulated to the members by the beginning of the sailing season.

Mooring Committee
Shall consist of the Mooring Master as Chairman together with an Assistant Mooring Master, Pontoon Master and Beach Master who shall be appointed by the General Committee. They shall have the power to co-opt not more than four other members. They shall be responsible to the General Committee for the general maintenance and upkeep of the Moorings, Dinghy Parks, Pontoon and Beach, also for implementing Club Rule 9.

Shall consist of the Social Secretary as Chairman plus one representative each from the House and Sailing Sub-Committees. They shall have the power to co-opt not more than four other members. They shall organise and conduct such functions as the General Committee shall decide from time to time.
