Goodbye from the Webwise SPINNERET Biology website!
This was intended to be an interactive web-based learning and revision resource for Biology students. Some teachers and lecturers found it useful, too! Some visitors also used it as a general reference source, and some ripped it off shamelessly.
The material which used to be presented here has been overhauled, and a similar presentation has been retained at www.biotopics.co.uk
Please ignore any unsolicited e-mails that purport to come from this site. I have received a large number of warnings about virus-laden fake e-mail and attachments which have been made to look as if originating from here. This has also unfortunately resulted in the rejection of genuine messages from users at my (server) end.
This website has been under continuous development for several years but is not entirely compatible with recent developments in UK education at various levels. It has been mirrored at www.biotopics.co.uk where some upgrading has been taking place.
