THE MENOPAUSE GROUP

The was set up by a few WHISC trained volunteers who felt that there was a need in this area, due to the lack of a support group for women, coupled with the growing number of enquiries about the menopause.

Many women want to share their experiences of the menopause and gain more information about the symptoms, HRT, etc.

The group also invites guest speakers to offer advice on women's health.

The group is open to all women and meets alternately on the first Thursday or Friday of each month between 1pm-2.30pm.
