| Dederick and Anneleise our wonderful travelling companions who helped us out and volunteered information as we followed them around Bolivia and Peru. They live together in Amsterdam where Dedrick is a sound engineer and Anneleise works in public relations. We first met them on the Salar and made friends in Uyuni over a meal and a beer or two, then fortuitously bumped into them in La Paz where we shared an unforgettable night at a typical Bolivian Pena. Followed them to Copacabana, where their advise was indepensible and on to Puno where we leapfrogged them to go onto Cusco. We shared the experience of walking the fantastic Inca Trail, were fugitives at large in the infamous "runner" from Gringo Bills and enjoyed a couple of nights out in Aguas Caliente and Cusco - we'll be taking you up on your offer to stay in Amsterdam and any time you want to come over to the Cotswold we would more than happy to have you stay with us and show you around.
