Latest on the digital camera fiasco - I've called Kodak in the US, basically to get some action and to get over the langauge barrier. At least they've emailed me and asked for me to call them back to give some more info. I hope they manage to get it sorted... | |
The car had a few teething problems adjusting to the demands of long distance travelling, but we've got over it and are now just north of Portland, Oregan and on our way to Canada tomorrow. The highlights so far have been the Grand Canyon, the scenery on the Pacific coast around Big Sur just below San Francisco, Hearst Castle, San Francisco (staying with my cousin James and meeting his wife, Kim, and baby son, Sam, the giant redwood forests in northern California and Crater Lake in southern Oregan. Keep your fingers crossed for the Ford Explorer - all donations gratefully accepted ;-)) , we will try to get another update through in the next few weeks.
