WKW Tree Services are approved by The Arboricultural Association for all tree care operations. To obtain approval by The Arboricultural Association, we have satisfied their examiners that the quality of our work, the experience and ability of our staff and our attitude to our customers reaches their exacting standards. Unlike some trade organisations, The Arboricultural Association actually carries out a thorough examination of each company before approval and requires that after approval each company has to submit proof of adequate insurance cover and qualification details of each member of staff every year. The Arboricultural Association operates a complaints procedure that, in the unlikely event of a problem that cannot be resolved directly between the customer and contractor, provides the customer with the opportunity of third party arbitration.
