End of July - The valley Rally - weather
forecast not good. But who cares? Perhaps those that
spend more time polishing than riding. On the whole
the turnout was OK and the evening sessions were full.
Enough commentary onto the pictures
This
little number caught my eye straight off because of
the superb custom paint job on the tank.
Awesome!

The
rideout was to the new Oxford dealership where Paul
demonstrated several manoevers not to be tried by the
unwary or those of a nervous disposition.
Odd
Ball looking on bemused as Tubbs decided to drop in
on a wedding unannounced. Or should I say, he had given
the bride some warning that he might drop by with a
friend or two.
Was
she and her very smart bridegroom surprised to see such
a large procession of Harleys?
I
think so. They took it all in good humour and I think
it's a wedding that will no go forgotten in a long time.
not least with the Hotel's manager who hovered around
nervously.
Anyway - back to Newbury race course
to see some of the other offerings.

I
love this little custom number.
Is
this a case of bets and braces or what?
Onto
the silly games.

.... and then onto the silly faces......

The
compulsory tattoo artist did quite well. I don't think
I saw him draw breath for the duration of the rally.
I think I should persuade Rogue to attend the next one.
And then there was QUILL

I had a good time - considering the
cloud I was under and the weather was bearable too.
Until next time..........
