In fairness... Bergen is a small town of about 250,000 inhabitants situated on the south west coast of Norway, which by the way is NOT the capitol of Sweden. When the sun is out (usually on May 17) it is a stunningly beautiful town. But is does have its idiosyncracies. And it it these that can smite the unwary.
