| About the Club |
| Wrexham Thai Boxing club has Classes at a number of locations in the Wrexham area. The sessions last from 1 hour up to two hours, depending on the venue and start time. Each session typically starts with 3 x two minutes rounds of skipping/ jogging on the spot/shadow boxing, which is then followed with some warm up stretches and exercises. |

Once this is complete we get down to the actual training. For a two hour session we start with about six rounds of pad work and then go on to do some sparring, or technique work if you don’t want to do sparring. And finally at the end of each session we do a quick warm down, just as important as the warm up, to help protect your muscles and joints from injury after the exercise. |
