Looking for a new band ? Fed up with your old orchestra ? Want to meet new friends and have the chance to experience fulfilling foreign tours ?

Why not consider the YMCA Glasgow Wind Orchestra ? We are a standard wind orchestra - i.e. Oboes, Clarinets, Flutes, Saxophones, Basoons, Trumpets, Horns, French Horns, Trombones, Euphoniums, Tubas, String Bass and Percussion - of a reasonably high standard. Although we already have a large ensemble we are always willing to entertain new players.

Membership costs £20 per annum (£10 for students) and this is used to provide rehearsal accomodation, equipment, music and also to subsidise our frequent foreign trips.
