pop-up killing software

If you know of, and use a piece of sofware, or you develop a piece of software that kills pop-up ads, and you would like to see it listed here, then e-mail popbusters@hello.net.au with the program name, the program developers' name or company, and the url for the program. We'll then list it here as soon as we can.

The only program that we know of at the moment is KillAd. Just watch it when you visit their web site, though, because it's got 5 ads to make sure that your copy of KillAd is working properly.
